PierVantage has been great to us! Living in the chaos of day to day business, its not easy to nail everyone down for training and implementation but they did a great job working with us. The training was good but the onsite help for Go-Live implementation was the key to our success.
Alicia (she’s fantastic!) spent a few days with us and not only showed us the workings of PV, but offered suggestions on best practices and better ways to improve our systems and processes. The support from back at the PV office was also a huge help as we worked the bugs out. Michael, John, Stephen, and Bruce all brought different areas of expertise and knowledge!
