CEO and Founder
Navroze Eduljee is the founder of CorVant and serves as President and CEO. His primary focus is to enhance product and service offerings, develop Customer relationships and strategic partnerships, direct business development efforts and to define the companyʼs growth strategy for all industry verticals.
Navroze has over 22 years of technology management experience at Fortune 100 companies and a proven track record of implementing innovative and right-sized technology solutions that deliver significant return on investment. He is experienced at leading initiatives to implement comprehensive business intelligence programs designed to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and drive application intelligence.
Navroze is also the founder and CEO of DecisivEdge which provides technology consulting, management and solution delivery for large financial institutions.
Prior to founding DecisivEdge and CorVant, Navroze spent 15 years with MBNA and Bank of America in key business technology roles. He most recently served as the Director of Business Performance Management, with responsibility for implementing value added marketing technology and business intelligence solutions across the $180 billion consumer credit card and small business portfolio.
Navroze received his BS in Physics from the University of Bombay, India, and his MS in Computer Science from Temple University.
Advisor and Board Member
Sukumar Narayanan is an Advisor and Board Member with responsibility for product development and management, product implementation and development of the Company’s customer support infrastructure. Sukumar has more than 24 years of experience in leading corporations through IT-enabled business transformation programs. Prior to joining CorVant, he served as the executive director of Global Business & Technology Consulting at Dell Inc., where he led Dell’s Business Consulting, ERP Consulting and ERP Applications Outsourcing services globally. As Advisor and Board Member, Sukumar works with members of the CorVant management team on key strategic activities and specifically lead the company’s product development, product implementation and customer support activities. Sukumar has deep experience implementing ERP solutions for large companies throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and works to help further CorVant’s value proposition for small businesses as well as continuing to evolve the CorVant methodology to simplify the process of adopting and implementing solutions. His talents and efforts strengthen the company and positions it for growth. Narayanan earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and math from Delhi University, India, and a master’s degree in business administration in management information systems from Temple University.
Chief Information Security Officer and Product Development Executive
Ken’s many years of experience with corporate network infrastructure, database architecture, and computer security provide strong fundamentals as he leads the definition and implementation of the Company’s Information Security policies and procedures. Ken’s demonstrable ability to quickly translate business requirements into actionable development goals ensures the successful evolution of CorVant’s PierVantage and FulVantage products. Prior to joining CorVant, Ken was Vice President at MBNA/Bank of America managing a team that developed operational marketing technologies as well as data marts and ETL processes for high volume enterprise level financial and operational analytics. The efforts of the team were critical in allowing front line and senior management access to near real-time operational and marketing related information for thousands of call center agents across over a dozen call centers. Ken received his BA in Biochemistry and Neuroscience from Bowdoin College.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Greg Miller is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CorVant. His primary responsibilities include developing and executing Corvant’s sales and marketing strategies, managing current customer relations, and overseeing product support and implementation teams. Prior to joining CorVant, Greg was a founder and President of the Portland Marketing Group, Inc., where he was responsible for sales and service, quality control, client relations, and providing oversight on all departments within the company. With 12 years of experience leading large sales and service departments for MBNA America/Bank of America, Greg has a proven track record of building deep marketing and sales competency and a solid reputation for increasing revenues and profitability. Greg earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and economics from LeMoyne College and a currently holds a 100 Ton U.S. Coast Guard Masters License.
Senior Sales Director
Stephen Bullard is Senior Sales Director for CorVant, primarily responsible for PierVantage™ sales and marketing efforts. Stephen brings to bear his considerable marine industry experience to provide insights on new features and functionality to our development team. He is also actively engaged in providing advisory services to our boatyard customers. Stephen has over thirty years of marine industry experience, with over twenty years directly related to the management of well-known marine service facilities in New England and the Pacific Northwest. Prior to joining CorVant, Stephen spent six years providing professional services and promoting marine operational software to boat yards, boat builders, dealerships and marinas throughout North America. These positions have led Stephen to a high level of understanding in the marine services arena in the following areas: project management, yard operations, business process & procedures, service management, customer account management, financial analysis, forensic accounting, inventory set up and inventory management. Stephen completed a 12 month course in boat design at the Landing School in Maine and has spent his entire life on the water logging more than 15,000 miles sailing in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. He also enjoys offshore fishing and is licensed to handle power and sailing vessels up to 100 tons.
Vice President of Operations
Bruce Hopkins is Vice President of Operations for CorVant. Bruce is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to PierVantage, with a specific focus on product and service development while helping to enhance the new customer on-boarding and implementation process. Bruce is also focused on creating and delivering two new service offerings for current PierVantage customers; Accounting-as-a-Service and Financial-Management-as-a-Service. These new services will help customers leverage PierVantage capabilities and drive efficiencies in their business. Prior to joining CorVant, Bruce was the Chief Financial Officer of three World Class Boat Building companies including Hodgdon Yachts, Inc., East Boothbay, Maine, Lyman Morse Boat Building Company in Thomaston, Maine, and Gunboat International, Ltd., in Wanchese, North Carolina. Bruce is a graduate of the College of William and Mary of Williamsburg, Virginia, is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience, and is active with the Make-A-Wish-Foundation.
As the Operations Manager for CorVant, Mike focuses on the day to day activities behind PierVantage™ . Mike works closely with the users of PierVantage from leading the initial implementation process through to providing product training and support, ensuring a successful transition and maximizing our customers’ ROI. Prior to joining CorVant, Mike worked in sales and support roles at a New Jersey based custom software development firm, where he was involved in the development and support of a variety of business management solutions across a wide range of industries. Since joining CorVant in 2012, he has helped to implement PierVantage™ for more than 20 new customers and resolve thousands of support requests. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance from Boston University.
